A meet-and-greet at the Sidebar Tavern, 218 E. Lexington (corner of Lexington and Guilford) starting at 4pm, will feature Happy Hour specials and live music by DJ Ceska of Fasimbas Sound Sys. This will be the registration point for the kick off event- The first alley cat in a best of 5 series over the weekend. A short group ride to the "start line" locally known as "ground Zero", 20 S. Charles. As the race starts, around 7:30pm, all spectators will group ride to the finish line, 419 E. Oliver, and await the winner of the first event! This location will also serve as the after party, featuring live DJs Jimmy Jam w/ special guests and a bicycle inspired art opening - featuring the works of Baltimore artists Clase Gabriel, Jed Money, Meredith Page, Adam "Slippy" Estes, Issac Shea, and more.

The second event of the weekend will also take place here...(2) the Alley Cat Classic! This is a two block stretch with cross traffic in the middle and at the end. Two riders drag race, spin a 180 turn around a cone, and drag race back--first one back wins. Two racer brackets, single elimination, simple!
